fazzoletto

quando penso ad un fazzoletto in tessuto, i ricordi tornano al passato.

nel cassetto della biancheria, ben stirati, ripiegati e profumati di lavanda.

sempre pronti ad asciugare lacrime, guarire malanni, rievocare affetti e ricordi.

e  i fazzoletti d'altri tempi saranno i protagonisti del mio prossimo corso.

un fazzoletto vintage da ricamare aggiungendo piccoli punti, fiori, foglie e pensieri.

giocheremo con fili da ricamo tinti a mano, pizzi, pezzettini di tessuto e parole per personalizzare e rendere unico un oggetto dimenticato che è sempre bello riscoprire.

when I think at a handkerchief, the memories go back at the past.

in the linen drawer, well ironed, folded and scented of lavander.

always ready to wipe tears, to heal flu, to recall love and memories.

and the other times handkerchief will be the theme of my next course.

a vintage one to embroider adding small stitches, flowers, leaves and thoughts.

we'll play with hand dyed embroidery floss, laces, scraps of fabrics and words to customize and make a unique piece a forgotten piece that's always nice to rediscover.
